The REC introduced an on-line compliance test in 2012 for new members and in 2013 for existing members. The REC Compliance Test is made up of eleven sections which relate to compliance with the REC’s Code of Professional Practice and relevant legislation to the recruitment sector, particularly the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003 and amendments (the Conduct Regulations).

REC members are required to sit and pass the test once every two years, with a minimum required pass mark of 75%. On taking the REC Compliance Test, Lusona Consultancy (Group) Limited has achieved an above average pass mark of 100% - this demonstrates our strong knowledge and understanding of the compliance issues affecting the recruitment sector and underlines our commitment in adhering to them and delivering best practice.
