Lusona Financial Services are looking for a trainee financial adviser to join a firm of chartered financial planners in Edinburgh. The successful applicant will stand to inherit a client base of high net worth individuals from a retiring adviser.
The business is an independent, fee based chartered financial planning practice that offers advice across investment, pension and protection. You will learn financial advice by working closely with their highly experienced team, where you will accompany them in client meetings until you are fully trained in all aspects of private client advice.
After the senior financial planner retires, your role will be to keep the client based serviced through annual and biannual review meetings. Beyond this, the company has affinity partnerships with solicitors and accountants who you will work with to develop new clients.
It is essential that you have experience working as a paraplanner, telephone account manager, broker consultant or trainee financial adviser. It is also required that you have completed your level 4 diploma via the CII, CISI or LIBF.
A salary of £35,000 to £45,000 has been budgeted depending on experience. You will receive further income from a generous bonus scheme and staff benefits.
