Lusona Financial Services have an opportunity for a trainee financial adviser to join one of Scotland’s best training practices. The company have historically taken junior financial planners, paraplanners, telephone account managers and BDMs, and turned them into top performing IFAs.
Where the firm have been successful is by taking on driven individuals that are keen to pursue a career in financial advice, and are already qualified to Level 4 via CII, CISI or LIFB. The company work closely with new financial consultants providing excellent training to show them how to utilise their transferrable skills, and identifying areas that need further development.
They have a major network of professional introducers for you to tap into, to promote yourself and their independent financial advice offering. This means that you won’t need a client bank of your own rather, just the determination to connect with these individuals and build a relationship from the ground up.
You must have worked in the life, pension, investment or mortgage market and hold the necessary qualifications outlined earlier. They are open minded and will speak to people who have been financial advisers, broker consultants, wealth planners, mortgage advisers, mortgage brokers, or similar discipline where you have basic knowledge and the right people skills.
They will pay a salary of up to £35,000 with excellent opportunity to earn beyond this using a generous bonus scheme, and additional company benefits including pension.
