The Customer support department are responsible for delivering high-quality software support solutions to a wide range of customers across the globe and minimising system downtime. As Support Engineer, you will be a specialist product expert, providing support with the company’s advanced in-house software responding to 1st and 2nd line requests. Issues could range from the resolution of database space problems to identifying code issues within software products.
