Lusona’s client, a highly innovative and fast-growing software house are looking for ambitious software developers to join their specialist team in Glasgow.

Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for designing, developing and testing code for the company’s advanced user platform. The developers are integral to the continued growth and success of this highly innovative business who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and solutions for customers.


  • Delivering high quality, functional code to meet both business and customer requirements
  • Working collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum development team
  • Producing a high standard of work to set timescales
  • Working to support the continuous improvement of the SDLC process
  • Maintaining, building and modernising your software engineering skillset
  • Ad-hoc project work as allocated by senior management

Essential Requirements:

  • A First-Class or Upper Second-Class Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Software Development
  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ practical experience in coding in C# on the .NET platform
  • Excellent object-orientated design skills
  • Experience or knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Extreme Programming techniques
  • Knowledge and/or experience of modern enterprise cloud-based systems, including web and micro services, object relational mapping and an understanding of Relational Databases and integration into applications
  • Knowledge and experience of MVC modern web architecture, client-side framework and standards-based front-end development
  • A strong passion to learn, develop and collaborate with other members of the team


  • Good experience of systems, UX and customer interface design
  • Practical knowledge of continuous integration/deployment, automated build, test and other SLDC tools
