Specialist engineering organisation in South Lanarkshire (Blantyre) requires and experienced Administrator to join their growing business.

This new role has been created due to increased workload within the business. Reporting to the Office Manager and based within an administration team of three, duties include:

  • Managing the administration of technical documents
  • Processing orders
  • Liaising with internal and external colleagues/clients
  • Matching invoicing to PO’s
  • Inputting of information onto bespoke system
  • Logging timesheets
  • Coordinating sales invoices/orders  
  • General administration
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Skills and experience required:

  • Administration experience is essential, within an Engineering organisation would be advantageous.
  • Proficient IT skills – MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Team player
  • Motivated and keen to learn/develop

Hours of work:

Monday to Thursday, 8am – 5pm

Friday, 8am – 1pm
