Lusona Financial Services have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Support Adviser or Client Relationship Manager to join a regional Chartered IFA based in Edinburgh to support one of the Directors. The team is made up of Private Independent Financial Advisers and require someone to join their team that is currently working in an IFA environment supporting Advisers.
Responsibilities will include assisting the director in managing client relationships, attending client meetings and taking notes, acting as the main point of contact and managing cases/tasks from start to finish, ensuring that paperwork is complete and compliant, research and preparation for client reviews, updating notes on cases, liaising with providers and dealing with telephone enquiries. A general knowledge of pension transfers would be advantageous as is SIPP transfer experience. Ideally, you will have experience in using Adviser Office.
