Lusona Financial Services are keen to speak to financial services administrators with experience in investment, pension and protection. You will be joining a long-established firm of chartered financial planners and will provide support to their financial advice team.
The business is a close knit, cash rich business that have a strong succession plan which will see it remain in private ownership in the years ahead. Your position will involve a broad range of duties including processing new business, processing renewals, preparing client files for review, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and gathering information. You’ll work closely with paraplanners and financial advisers support their case load. This will also give you broad exposure to the full financial advice process which could give scope for you to progress into a paraplanning role in the years ahead.
You will need to be able to demonstrate having provided support to financial advisers and will ideally have worked in an IFA practice, wealth management or similar environment. It is not essential that you have industry qualifications, but study support will be provided if this is part of your development plan.
A salary of up to £26,000 will be offered to experienced individuals and there are additional company benefits payable beyond this.
