Lusona Financial Services are working exclusively with a Glasgow based IFA to recruit a Sales Support Adviser to join their admin team of 3. The client has an excellent reputation and the majority of their business comes from referrals from their existing client bank.
Ideally you will already be working within an administration role within an IFA practice or be working for a product provider. You will be responsible for general administration work, processing new business and renewals therefore a knowledge of platforms would be a big advantage. Good people skills are essential for this role as you will be the first point of clients both face to face and over the phone. Experience in fund switching, and processing valuations is also a prerequisite for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to join an experienced team where they are happy to provide ongoing training and support with the potential in the future to progress into a paraplanner role. The company offers flexible working - either 8 am - 4 pm or 9 am - 5 pm.
