Lusona financial services are recruiting for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a firm in Glasgow city centre.  This vacancy has become available due to business growth.  The position will be a mixture of home and office working with up to 2 days per week of home working.

In this role you will have a variety of responsibilities which will include:

  • Providing full admin support to the financial advisers
  • Preparing for client meetings
  • Producing valuations
  • Fund switches
  • Processing new business and renewals
  • Liaise with 3rd party providers
  • Be efficient in dealing with client queries
  • Arranging client appointments and managing the adviser diaries
