Lusona Financial Services are working with a global accountancy firm to recruit an experienced sales support administrator to work with financial advisers and their existing support team in their Glasgow city centre office.
This firm is one of the largest accountancy practices in the UK and you will support the financial adviser and paraplanner who provides advice to both new and existing private clients.
On a daily basis you will be responsible for:
- drafting letters, emails and producing letters of authority
- contacting clients to assist with any non-advice queries
- updating Intelligent Office system
- submitting and processing new and existing business
- arrange and prepare for client meetings
Suitable applicants will currently be working in a similar role and have excellent administration and organisation skills. Ideally, you will be able to work in a defined business process. A basic salary of up to £26K is on offer for this role along with an excellent benefits package.
