Lusona Financial Services are recruiting for a sales support adviser to join a leading financial services organisation that deals predominantly with high net worth clients. Their modern offices are situated in the centre of Edinburgh within walking distance from all the main public transport routes. This role would suit someone from a product provider background that is keen to take the next step in their career.
You will be part of a busy team of 3 where you will provide admin support to paraplanners and financial advisers. This role will involve:
- Processing new business and submitting applications
- Administering clients policies
- Assisting in preparation for client meetings
- Dealing with external providers
- Administering accounts
- Preparing letters
- Scanning documents and uploading to the back office system
- Monitoring the team mailbox
The right candidate for this role will currently be working within a product provider and have a good knowledge of pensions, investments and protection. You will be familiar with all Microsoft Office products and happy to work in a busy office environment.
