An exciting prospect for a Property Lawyer to join this small rural law firm based in a town in Moray.
The role would be suitable for a conveyancing solicitor to work in a diverse range of rural property issues. The work would include dealing with rural houses, farms, estates and crofts as well as renewable energy, salmon fishing and forestry projects.
Applicants must be qualified in Scots Law and have at least 1 year of PQE. There is no expectation for candidates to have already worked in rural law matters at this stage, but a conveyancing background is essential. The suitable candidate should have excellent communication skills, a good work ethic, the ability to work to deadlines and an interest in rural affairs.
The office is based in a historic town, which was recently crowned Scotland’s most beautiful High Street, and is in close proximity to the stunning Moray Coast, Speyside and the Cairngorms National Park.
There would also be a competitive salary package and partnership prospects for the right candidate.
