A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to join a professional and well established Financial Services company in Edinburgh City Centre. 

Reporting to the Partner, you will be part of a growing team. With multiple offices throughout Scotland they are well known for their professionalism, expertise and dedication to clients.

Duties include:

  • Meet and greet all visitors
  • Coordinate room bookings
  • Book taxis for clients / staff, logging all requests/booking
  • Manage all mail, courier, log all signatures
  • Coordinate stationary requests
  • Maintain professional reception area including meeting rooms.

 

The successful candidate will:

  • Reception experience is essential for this role, ideally within a Corporate or Financial Services organization.
  • Have great communications skills both in verbal and written.
  • Be highly organised
  • Be well presented at all times.
  • Ability to work under pressure and priorities work load efficiently to a high standard.

Please note:  This is a full time, permanent role. Hours of work are: Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Friday 08:30 – 14:00.
