Lusona are currently recruiting an experienced Payroll / Accounts Assistant for a well-known client based in East Kilbride. This role will be split, so we are seeking candidates with strong experience in both Payroll and Accounts.
The Role will involve:
· Processing employee hours, new starters and leavers
· Ensuring SSP / SMP / SPP is calculated correctly
· Creating weekly reports for Payroll Manager
· Dealing with employee pay queries
· Reviewing bank transactions
· Posting purchase invoices onto Accounting System
· Assisting in the month-end process when required
· Working to tight deadlines
· Ad-hoc office admin duties
All candidates must be comfortable using MS Excel and Sage Snowdrop KCS / Sage 200 would be desirable.
