Our client is a leading Scottish business, considered to be a leader in their field, who as a result of some significant growth need to appoint an ambitious Operations professional to their team.
Reporting to the board, this role is about leading, organising, driving and motivating a talented team of construction experts, working closely with other key functional leaders in the central belt on design & build contracts, from project start to completion. Although a varied role, some of the key tasks will include;
It is expected that you shall have a construction-related qualification to diploma or degree level (Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Management or equivalent) and have experience within the construction industry. You will ideally have site, contracts, build and design, client liaison experience, as well as previous supervisory experience.
