Our client is a leading Scottish engineering business, who have experienced significant growth over the last year, need to appoint an ambitious administrator to their team.

Your role will be wide and varied, though some of the key tasks will include;

  • Reception desk duties, directing calls, opening mail, and greeting visitors.
  • Managing inbound emails and forwarding them to the relevant department
  • Occasionally coordinating travel arrangements
  • Arranging meeting rooms/making tea & Coffee/arranging catering
  • Scanning & Archiving of documents
  • Stocktaking and ordering of sundry supplies.
  • Printing and collating maintenance and inspection manuals and customer manuals.
  • Supporting Spares and Supply Chain activities
  • Supporting finance department in regular month-end activities
  • General administration support for all departments

It is expected that you shall have had previous administration experience, an eye for detail, and excellent communication skills – both written and oral. On offer is the chance to work with a firm where your hard work and dedication shall be rewarded and encouraged.
