Our client is a leading Scottish engineering business, who have experienced significant growth over the last year, need to appoint a ambitious administrator to their team.

Your role will be wide and varied, though some of the key tasks will include;

  • Reception desk duties, directing calls, opening mail and greeting visitors.
  • Managing inbound emails and forwarding them to the relevant department
  • Occasionally coordinating travel arrangements
  • Arranging meeting rooms/making tea & Coffee/arranging catering
  • Scanning & Archiving of documents
  • Stocktaking and ordering of sundry supplies.
  • Printing and collating maintenance and inspection manuals and customer manuals.
  • Supporting Spares and Supply Chain activities
  • Supporting finance department in regular month end activities
  • General administration support for all departments

It is expected that you shall have had previous administration experience, an eye for detail, and excellent communication skills – both written and oral. On offer is the chance to work with a firm where your hard work and dedication shall be rewarded and encouraged.
