A new role has been created for a Knowledge Management Lawyer (Professional Support Lawyer) to join the Real Estate team within this international law firm. The role could be based in Glasgow or Edinburgh.
The Real Estate Division is one of the firm's largest, comprising a team in excess of 200. It's an international team with significant resource in each of their offices. The team undertake a range of commercial property work including landlord and tenant, property management, sales and purchases advising in a wide range of sectors.
Within the Real Estate Division they currently have two other Knowledge Lawyers based in the Manchester office and have an established career structure in place for Knowledge Lawyers.

They are now looking to appoint Knowledge Lawyer in Scotland. Day to day you will work directly with the partners and fee earners in the Real Estate team in Scotland focussing on the team priorities and their support requirements. On a larger scale you will work alongside the English based Knowledge Lawyers in terms of having a common approach, support and an internal network. The clients range from the household names to local privately owned investors, developers and business and covers all the main sectors other than private client work.
For this role, they welcome applications from Scottish Qualified Lawyers interested in Knowledge Lawyer opportunities or experienced Knowledge Lawyers. They are happy to consider individuals seeking either full time or part time roles and will support an element of home working. They would prefer some presence in both Edinburgh and Glasgow on a regular basis but are open to how and when that occurs. They are also flexible on level depending on experience.
