A permanent opportunity has arisen for a specialist Skype for Business Engineer to join an established professional services company in Glasgow.
As well as being the subject matter expert responsible for the daily operation, support and maintenance of the firm’s Skype for Business services; the Support Engineer will also work closely with the wider IT team to support with a range of other collaboration services (e.g. EICC Touchpoint, Exchange, BB UEM, etc.)
Key responsibilities include:
You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting a Skype VOIP enterprise environment. You must have a comprehensive understanding of Skype for Business, Office 365 and Unified communications. You will have experience working with a ticket logging system and strong capabilities of configuring Session Border Controllers. Excellent abilities leading technical solutions and driving internal change are essential.
