IT Service Desk Analyst (Night shift) required for our client; a global professional services firm based in Glasgow on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
You will be required to provide a professional IT Support service via email and telephone to offices in the Southern Hemisphere and Asia. End to end management of all software and hardware incidents and service requests by providing remote, Audio Visual, desk phone, mobile device and floor walking support with tasks allocated on a defined rota.
Please note, hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week, 8.5 hours a day (including an hour for lunch) based on a rotating shift pattern between the hours of 10pm -8am. However, you will be required to work such additional hours as are necessary to carry out your duties.
