IT Business Systems Administrator (X2) – KeyedIn
Location – Remote working with access to Glasgow or London
Salary - £34-50K + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Package


Lusona are working with our Professional Services client to source suitable candidates for the role of ‘Business Systems Administrator – KeyedIn’. There are two positions available. Working from home, you will need to have the ability to go to the office based in Glasgow or London on a fortnightly or monthly basis. Reporting to the Head of Software Engineering, you will have ownership of all critical business systems and applications within the company that will manage and support the organisation’s business processes.

Your duties will include:

  • Ownership of critical applications and systems within the business, where you will be responsible from implementing to decommissioning.
  • Communicating with business stakeholders to ensure users are educated and trained accordingly to use such applications and business systems.
  • Collaborating with other business stakeholders to identify and implement applications and system changes
  • Approving and managing any changes to the applications or systems, as well as reviewing new releases produced by system software suppliers.
  • Being an escalation point for related business and support teams
  • Testing, licensing, and managing total costs, reviewing security and processes for Disaster Recovery.
  • Investigating any system software failures and recommending actions to resolve accordingly
  • Auditing service delivery functions relating to system software.


The successful candidate will have:

  • Specific experience of KeyedIn PPM tools, where you have provided advice from setting up projects, to resources, timesheets, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Experience of supporting critical business systems within a technology function.
  • Strong stakeholder management within a global environment e.g., communicating with project stakeholders.
  •  The ability to communicate at all levels within and out with a technology department.
  • Knowledge of frameworks and standards for information security management
