Internal Audit Managers required for the expanding Technology Change Audit team of our listed client.

With the option of being based in Edinburgh, London or Belfast, you will join a busy thriving Change Audit team to lead assurance reviews on enterprise-wide programs; the vast majority being technology driven. This is a high visibility role enabling you to influence key decision makers across the enterprise.

As a Manager in the team, you will be hands-on leading and undertaking key aspects of the programme assurance fieldwork, taking responsibility for the work being delivered on time, fit for purpose and providing reliable evidence to support issues and opinions.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Providing quality, efficient and effective assurance and influencing stakeholders to improve control.
  • Driving assurance for regular and complex engagements
  • Building on an excellent Internal Audit position and influencing the evolution of the control framework
  • Producing effective engagement reports which articulate risks and issues identified.
  • Prioritising workloads within an Agile audit environment

There are x3 Manager opportunities up for grabs and our client will consider the following technical backgrounds…

  • Internal Auditor with experience auditing major change programmes, ideally technology driven.
  • IT Internal Auditor / Manager (3rd line)
  • Technology Risk Assurance Specialist/Manager (2nd line)
  • CIA, CISA, CRISC, Prince2 or PMI certifications (advantageous but not essential)

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • The ability to effectively communicate with and influence senior stakeholders during audit delivery
  • An understanding of the wider business, technology and organisational change within a large corporate, including change methodologies such as waterfall and Agile
