Lusona Consultancy are working with a global engineering manufacturer who are looking to appoint a Mandarin speaking Import Supply Scheduler.

The Import Supply Scheduler will work within a small team and be responsible for co-ordinating all activities relating to imported products from quotation to shipping of imported goods from overseas.

Responsibilities of the role will include;

  • Responsible for the end to end completion of the sale order for all imported products
  • Co-ordinate shipments with the relevant manufacturing plants and 3rd party logistics providers
  • Manage the production schedule report and highlight any issues
  • Maintain an audit trail throughout the sales order cycle

Knowledge and experience required for the role

  • Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
  • A good understanding of logistics and scheduling
  • A good understanding of service delivery and customer needs
  • Problem solver who can resolve daily issues and highlight any escalations
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships with internal and external colleagues
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise work load to meet strict deadlines and targets
