Lusona Financial Services are recruiting for an Office Manager for the Wealth Management division of a Chartered Accountancy firm that has offices throughout Scotland.  This role will be based in their Glasgow office.  They offer independent financial advice to both private and business clients and their advisers have a wealth of experience.

In this role you will be responsible for working with the Managing Director and Wealth Management team by providing them support with managing their client work, building relationships with their clients and working as a team to deliver exceptional service to all clients.

On a daily basis you will deal with new enquiries, deal with client correspondence, manage the workflow of consultants by efficient co-ordination of central services such as paraplanning, valuations and business processing.  You will handle technical queries from clients when possible or escalate the query to the relevant consultant or paraplanner.  A good understanding of Anti Money Laundering knowledge is essential, including how to identify suspicious transactions/activities and how to report them.

A basic salary of up to £35K is available for this role with a generous benefits package including 30 days holiday.
