Lusona Financial Services are recruiting for an experienced IFA administrator to join chartered firm in Kirkcaldy. The firm deals with both private and corporate clients, offering advice on pensions, investments, and protection.
The office is centrally located within a reasonable distance from the main transport links with car parking nearby.
As an IFA administrator, you will work with a team of paraplanners and administrators to support the chartered financial planners. You will be responsible for diary management, processing new business, liaising with providers, updating back-office system, processing valuations and answering general queries from clients over the phone.
At least 1 years' experience in an administration role within an IFA practice is essential, and our client will provide training and development for the right candidate. There will be an opportunity to progress and study towards your level 4 qualification.
