Our client, a well-respected IFA firm is looking to recruit an experienced manager to look after a team of IFA administrators. Their modern Edinburgh office is located within a reasonable walking distance of all main transport links.
In this role, you will be responsible for prioritising and managing workflow, arranging client reviews, and ensuring they are completed within the expected timeframe. You will be a problem solver, and implement effective ways of making improvements in processes in order to ensure clients receive a first-class service.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a support team and be able to work calmly under pressure. You will have experience in coaching and mentoring a team. Responsibilities will include recruitment and development of your team, conducting 1-2-1's, probationary reviews, and arranging team events.
