Our client is a leading and innovative supply chain solutions provider, who as a result of some very significant growth need to appoint an ambitious and tenacious Go To Market Manager. Reporting to the CEO you shall be charged with leading the commercialisation of the firms platform offering, through successfully increasing the number of monthly users of our technology proposition across both ecommerce and supply chain solutions.

Whilst your role will be broad and varied, some of the key tasks include;

  • Define optimal route(s) to market for products/services
  • Developing and leading all GTM launch programmes by implementing a robust and detailed project plan with clear milestones stones and timelines to ensure successful launch
  • Competitor analysis, defining opportunities and threats
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure Product Development, Sales, Brand, Channel and Communication requirements are reflected and delivered in the GTM process
  • Work closely with Marketing Team to ensure that there is a clear and relevant positioning of new products, solutions and services that the sales team will understand and advocate
  • Act as escalation point for commercial product issues, responsible for identifying and resolving issues promptly whist keeping stakeholders updated
  • A critical factor will be in delivering customer facing and internal product collateral and training material, ensuring most effective and efficient use of the product.
  • Deliver post-launch evaluations and recommendations to improve future GTM launches
  • Report on KPI’s and market developments to key Stakeholders

It is expected that you shall have at least 3 years experience within a GTM role, delivering software based products to commercial operations. A demonstrable track record of success and of leading project teams, first class negotiation skills and communication skills are pre-requisites.
