Lusona Financial Services are looking for an experienced financial services administrator to join a financial advice business, in a professional practice setting near Glasgow. The company have a settled team and are looking to add an additional member to their support team due to an increased workload.

The practice offer advice across all areas of private client financial planning including investment, pension and protection, and they have a small number of group pension schemes too. Their clients tend to be HNW individuals that are business owners, high earning professionals or those who come from wealthy families. Given the setting and nature of the workload it is advantageous if you have experience in processing new business, processing renewals and gathering information on most of these case types.

Part of the role will involve processing information, producing written correspondence and liaising with internal and external stakeholders, so good communication skills are essential. It is advantageous if you are working through your industry qualifications, but this isn’t essential. Further studies will be supported offering career advancement opportunities as the department grows, but they are also happy if someone want to continue purely in the support role.

A salary of up to £25,000 is on offer with additional company benefits.
