Lusona Financial Services are recruiting for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator in Glasgow for a National IFA. You're role will be to work in a team which supports 5 Financial Advisers who deal with both private and corporate clients.
You will be working in a team along with the Paraplanner to support the advisers on a daily basis. This is a fantastic role and for the right individual there may be an opportunity for this position to become permanent where you will be given the chance to progress your career with study support towards your Financial Services Diploma.
You will be responsible for preparing documents for client meetings, conducting research for new and existing client meetings, dealing with telephone queries from existing clients, updating back office systems, creating valuations on Intelligent Office, dealing with new and existing transactions
Applications are welcome from experienced Sales Support Consultants who are currently working within an IFA practice that have good relationship building skills and are confident in speaking to clients over the phone and face to face. A salary of up to £26K is on offer with additional benefits payable over and above.
