As time goes on you will have autonomy to develop client relationships of your own which will give scope for you to start to meet clients. In the years ahead, you will have the opportunity to graduate away from phone-based advice.
Ideal candidates will have experience working as paraplanners, guidance consultants, telephone account managers or similar. This role may also be of interest to phone based financial planners that want to move into independent financial advice. It is essential that you have completed your level 4 exams and have a good understanding of investment, pension and protection products.
A salary of around £30,000 to £35,000 has been budgeted for this position. The company also offer benefits, a modest bonus structure and full study support.
