Lusona Financial Services are looking for a financial planner to join a well-established financial planning business in Dundee. This is an opportunity for either an experienced financial adviser that is looking for better earnings or someone that is still in the early stages of their career that is looking for a supportive firm in which to train.
The firm is preparing for one of their advisers retiring and as such, there is no need to take your own clients. They have a strong back-office structure meaning that if you had any clients you’d like to bring, then they would have the capacity to cope with this.
The company’s back office is made up of experienced paraplanners and sales support staff meaning that advisers are free to focus on client-facing time, rather than getting bogged down with admin heavy tasks.
There are clients available that will allow you to come in and hit the ground running. Beyond this, the firm has several professional introducers and a further pipeline of clients will come when the adviser retires.
There is strong earning potential available through their excellent, uncapped bonus structure. They pay bonus on all new and recurring income, even the work which is given to you.
A guide salary of £25,000 to £35,000 will be payable for a trainee and £35,000 to £45,000 for an experienced consultant. Long-term income expectations should be around £80,000 based on current team earnings.
You must be level 4 or diploma qualified as a minimum and will have worked in a financial advice business as an IFA, trainee financial adviser, paraplanner, broker consultant, account manager or in a similar position.
