A new role has been created within the Energy, Transport & Infrastructure team within this Global commercial law firm, based at their office in Edinburgh.

Applicants will ideally have between 0-4 years relevant PQE gained in a similar role, however strong candidates with commercial experience gained within another leading national or international law firm are also invited to apply.

This practice group is considered a global leader with its innovative solutions based approach partnering with clients to overcome business challenges in the UK and around the world and helping to shape the industries it serves.

The role will provide the successful candidate with opportunities to work on a wide range of both UK and global projects advising on primary and secondary infrastructure for both sponsors and funders across a number of sectors including Education, Health, Power, Renewable Energy and Transport.

As part of the team based in Edinburgh the successful candidate will work primarily on the commercial aspects of primary and secondary projects but will also be involved in providing elements of corporate, financial services, banking, construction, commercial, regulatory and general transactional advice gaining outstanding experience in drafting and negotiating project/finance documentation.

Candidates must have excellent project management skills and be capable of working effectively within a large team as well as having excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
