Due to continued growth, a new role has been created in Aberdeen for an Employment Law Consultant (Solicitor) to join this Employee Relations Management firm.
Ideally you will be a Newly Qualified Solicitor or a Qualified Solicitor with up to 2 years of relevant experience in Employment Law - full or part-time candidates will be considered.
The successful candidate will provide support to their varied client base on all Employment and HR related queries in relation to (but not limited to) Discipline, Grievance, Termination of Employment, Discrimination, Redundancy, Reorganisation, Absence, Contracts of Employment, Family Friendly Provisions, Employee Rights, Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations, Employee Reward, TUPE and GDPR.
In addition, there will be opportunities for you to represent clients at Employment Tribunal (should you be interested in progressing any litigation experience) or to undertake HR Consultancy projects.
