The Customer support department are responsible for delivering high-quality support solutions to a wide range of customers and minimising system downtime. As Customer Support Engineer, you will be a specialist product expert, providing support with the company’s advanced in-house software. Issues could range from the resolution of database space problems to identifying code issues within software products.
