Customer Account Manager required for the rapidly expanding UK operation of this global digital industrial corporate. Based in Livingston, you will join a business which is truly transforming industry with software-defined machines and solutions that are connected, responsive and predictive.
This role is all about providing account management for Tier 1 support accounts to large corporate utility and power infrastructure clients; with primary ownership to develop and drive action plans to accelerate issue resolution, maintain customer communication and advocate for the customer to ensure successful operation of the companies’ software solutions. You will ensure your clients are getting the best possible service and experience of products and services during the operation life of the deployed software solutions.
Your core responsibilities will include:
You will have proven experience managing strategic / escalated customer accounts within the IT industry. Experience of software engineering or experience of the energy / utilities sector is advantageous but not essential. The role requires developed problem solving and logical reasoning skills including the ability to make priority decisions based on customer business situations. You will be customer orientated with a mindset towards continually improving levels of service and customer experience.
