Our FMCG client is looking to recruit a Customer Account Co-ordinator to work within their busy team.

The Customer Account Co-ordinator will be responsible for Key Customers and manage the end to process of all orders placed.  They will ensure that the orders are correctly placed on the internal system and be the first point of contact to deal with any amendments, issues or problems.

The Customer Account Co-ordinator will liaise with planning, purchasing, production and the commercial team to regularly update on the progress of the Customer Orders.

Additional duties will include:

  • Liaise with the Warehouse to allow them to pick customer orders
  • Arrange shipments/delivery slots ensuring the warehouse have the correct paperwork
  • Export documentation ordering and supply for shipping
  • Deal with customer returns and issue credits after investigations have happened
  • Update daily, weekly and monthly schedules


Experience and knowledge required;

  • Experience of working in a similar customer role within manufacturing/FMCG
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Customer focussed with strong communication skills
  • Commercially savvy
