Due to continued growth and also succession planning, a new role has been created for a Commercial or Rural Property Solicitor to join this highly regarded and long established firm based in Stirling.
Applicants will ideally have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience gained in either commercial or rural property (ideally both).
The work on offer is varied and you will be given plenty of autonomy and responsibility from the outset and this includes direct contact with clients. More specifically you will be working with a large developer/house building client in addition to dealing with a range of rural property work - purchase/sale of farm land and some renewables.
