Our client is a marketing leading specialist services provider, who as a result of some very significant plans need to appoint an ambitious and experienced business support administrator.
Carrying out a variety of administration duties, you will need to be quick thinking, versatile, efficient, accurate and above all experienced in working in a very busy and demanding office environment. Managing customers’ orders, placing orders with suppliers, receiving goods, warehouse duties and organising our engineering installations, this is a varied role. You will be liaising with our sales and technical teams, bringing together many support elements to fulfil our service to our large customer base.
It is expected that you shall have Experience of administration in an engineering or technical environment, be Computer literate. Experience of PO processing & management and invoice generation/reconciliation would be advantageous.
