Lusona Financial Services are recruiting for an experienced administrator to join a well-known regional Chartered IFA in their office in Aberdeen. This role will be a mixture of home working and office working and there is free on-site parking.
It would be an advantage if you have knowledge of financial services and have experience in working within the financial services industry - in an IFA practice or an accountancy firm.
This role will have a wide range of responsibilities which will include:
- Dealing with general correspondence and emails the business receives
- Assisting other departments with admin tasks when required
- Arrange team meetings
- Co-ordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action plans
- Arrange management meetings and take minutes
- Update different departments on changes within procedures
- Support the advisers and paraplanners when required
- Project Administration
- Attend meetings with different teams
